In such cases, if the order has not been approved or processed, the entire amount will be refunded to the user.

5. Payment Methods and Terms

Our platform offers a range of payment options to facilitate your transactions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. However, we no longer support cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method. Instead, you can choose from virtual payment wallets, online debit/credit card payments, and internet banking.

Verification procedures may apply to orders placed through our platform. Upon confirmation, your order will be dispatched promptly. Please note that upon delivery, refusal to accept the products is not permitted. Failure to accept delivered products or make payment may result in account blacklisting and access restrictions.

While we strive to provide a secure payment environment, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to unauthorized transactions, exceeding preset limits, payment issues, or transaction rejections.

All transactions on our platform are conducted in Indian Rupees exclusively. We do not support transactions in any other currency.

6. Order Fulfillment Policies

6.1. Timely Delivery and Shipping Terms

At Assocom Foods, we are committed to delivering your purchases promptly and in top-notch condition.
We take around 3-5 days to deliver your ordered product.
Products will be dispatched to the address you specify, subject to its completeness. Once in transit, the risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, in accordance with our shipping contract.
We cannot be held liable for goods signed for by anyone other than the designated recipient at the time of order. Given that transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we bear no responsibility for inaccuracies in the provided address. Delivery redirection or redelivery to alternate addresses is not possible under any circumstances.
Products will only be delivered within the city specified as “available” on our website.
Assocom Foods assumes no responsibility for product damage post-delivery.
In the event of order cancellation, loss, or non-delivery to your preferred location, a full refund, including shipping charges (if paid online), will be issued.
Order shipping charges will not be refunded for returned orders. Per our fair usage policy, accounts exhibiting abnormal return behavior will incur a delivery charge ranging from Rs. 50 to Rs. 150 on all orders, irrespective of order value.

6.6. Parcel Damage:

Please contact us within Forty-Eight (48) hours of delivery for concerns regarding pilferage, leakage, or tampering; otherwise, claims will not be considered. During our investigation, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Refrain from using the item in question.
Be prepared to provide a brief description of the issue.
Provide snapshots of the package and any boxes, focusing on areas of suspected tampering or damage.

Refunds for prepaid or Cash on Delivery orders will be processed post-investigation. Refunds may be withheld if:

Inadequate information is provided.
Required snapshots are not provided.
Claims for pilferage or leakage are not reported on the day of delivery.
Packaging is discarded within 3-4 days post-delivery, preventing investigation pickup.

7. Return and Replacement Policy

7.1. Returns:

Currently, we do not accept returns. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly replace it with a fresh one.

7.2. Product Replacement Process:

7.3. Replacement Conditions:

Products can only be replaced if they remain unopened and unused, with the packaging intact. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We do not entertain returns, and opened/used products are ineligible for replacement.

7.4. Receiving Your Replacement:

Upon receiving details of the damaged or missing items, we will initiate the replacement process. The replacement item will be dispatched to your address.

7.5. Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any product. In the case of damaged or missing items, we will send a fresh pack of the same item upon receipt of your email notifying us of the issue.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

8.1. Customer Initiated Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel an order, you may do so until it has not been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Any payment made will be promptly refunded. Please contact our customer support for assistance with this process. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
